I've wondered about this before, i often eat really fast lol

I also realised that this might be a valid con for drinking water while eating. Cuz in this case you chew less when it's better to eat slowly. Just a good reminder :) no alpha. I'm looking more closely now. This should be an easy thing to control 😅
