frog devtools now support frame transactions

got some nice dense data views for transaction requests and receipts too!

devtools a bit different now

instead of appending `/dev` to path, you can pass frame url/pathname to `url` query param

examples:
- localhost:5173/dev?id=123 ==> localhost:5173/dev?url=/?id=123
- localhost:5173/foo/bar/dev ==> localhost:5173/dev?url=/foo/bar

I think this (or some other recent update) might have broken query params in dev mode

`c.req.query('id')` returns undefined when on http://localhost:5173/dev?id=123 but works as expected on http://localhost:5173/?id=123

query param worked in both modes on v0.5.x if it helps
