Building communities with care as the KPI is an interesting topic, would love to see more about this but what do you like to write about?

I think a lot of people in crypto, especially the superficial ones, believe money is the only key to user satisfaction. But it's not. There are genuine ways to pay and reward your people that encourage true contributions and participation. People need to have fun, hang out, and chill with others. As community managersโ€”or whatever you want to call our roleโ€”we create opportunities and even life-lasting connections. I feel like folks still miss the big social element that web3 is lacking, which is probably why money is everyone's first goal. I'm not saying money is badโ€”I'm a pretty convinced capitalist. But it can't be the only reason to stick around. It might work for a short period, but eventually, it collapses because once the money is gone, the people are gone too. And neither the money nor the people will come back to your project if the main reason they were there is no longer there.
