What are we doing wrong?

I don’t think so, a lot of the issues we’re seeing now could have been easily avoided if they had brought in a brand strategist, community manager, or a marketing team from the start. It’s hard to understand how they managed to build a social platform without these.

Telegram does have a growth team and customer support 👀

look what telegram managed to build without a community manager etc

but I agree can do better on the growth part, run more experiments, do consistent comms and external communication 

they probably have it somewhere around their crosshairs, now with $150m sitting in the bank
