Last night, I made a lot of dumplings. For me, cooking is an art form - a skill I've been honing since childhood, passed down from my grandmother to my mother, and then to me. Cooking for others is a healing experience, much like sharing my art with the world. It's a way for me to give a piece of my heart to the people I love so dearly. 🫶🏼

I feel you, back then the rewards were much bigger. Right now, the effort-to-reward ratio isn't great and people don’t seem to care about art as much, so a lot of us have been grinding with minimal results. It's not as validating or motivating as it was in 2021.
