I can think of 5 examples in the last few weeks where I tried out a project in its early stages and provided valuable feedback to the team who then probably never saw it because of my spam label (or other algo ranking). It is possible that I’m a uniquely bad caster or that my situation is special in some other way. But I would say that the system is currently leaving money on the table and I hope that isn’t multiplied across many other users like me. I’m more than happy to try and help the community solve this but it feels a little opaque to me right now.

what are some actionable steps we can do to help casters who are in label limbo?

I think the biggest Takeaway for people who have a 1 is to keep dragging people into the conversation to help pull them up. 

I haven’t heard anything concrete other than if they were a 2 to tag them in the cast.
