There is no restitution for this. You don’t get old growth forests “back”

Last I checked, it takes about 100 years to grow an "old growth" forest.

For basic tree cover. But secondary forests are not the same. It is not possible to get back what we lose here. Even if we gave it the 500-1000 years needed, the seed sources, animals, climate change etc all would prevent true restitution
