I keep trying to introduce the wallets to my students. Tomorrow will be attempt number 3. When I showed them that it was called a @rainbow wallet, the whole group of 12-14 yo boys refused based solely on the name. I thought about switching to @phantomwallet or @metamask. What do you all think?

The problem with a CB wallet is signing them up for a CB account. They're all too young to have one of those.

definitely MetaMask. it may not have the shiniest coat of paint, but it's reliable and it's battle tested. we build with user security in mind and supports any chain/token/etc. etc. with customization like Snaps

It’s a very pretty chart. I will show them tomorrow. I used DOGE coin and BTC to pique their interest and access prior knowledge. 

We just need to get over the initial uncertainty and refusal.

That is a lovely idea. I wish it were that simple. At a time in their lives where they are figuring out who they are, they strongly avoid associating with anything remotely outside of broad acceptance. 

Each student has been designated with Emotional Behavior Disorder or EBD. That is an academic term that encompasses a number of classifications including ADHD, ASD, ODD, anxiety, depression, and others. 

I’ll be happy just to get them to use any wallet.

Just tell them that rainbow is much better and it is just a name and they themselves are greater than the name

Thx. I really like using Rainbow wallet. I do NOT like MM. Can I use CB wallet stand alone without them having a CB account? I've had a CB account for over ten years so I forget.

Phantom. Zerion or Coinbase. Please don’t subject the youth to Metamask.
