Four laps around the pond at Echo Park. Hotter than my previous run there. Fewer ppl. Later in the day. Felt good all the way through the run.

This one took me just over a half hour. I ran at about a 9 minute per mile pace or a 5:35 min/km pace. 

I ran just under 6 km in a bit over 33 minutes.

It's great to hear about your run around the pond at Echo Park! It's impressive to keep up with your running routine despite the heat. Running later in the day when there are fewer people can be quite enjoyable. It's fantastic that you felt good throughout the entire run! Keep up the excellent work!
