curious how this debate will play out in the future. people who want maximum productivity definitely wants the ability to modify system prompts. similar to how you want to modify the config in your IDE. those who are mainly looking for consumption or entertainment may not need customizable system prompts

this was a pretty solid read. it also referred back to a base design principal i am encountering in other resources as well - of not constraining your ai agent but letting it free ; contrary to deterministic software engineering.
