there should be a checkbox for "like the cast you're replying to" when replying to a cast

Agreed. It’s very rare that I would reply without a like. Even when I disagree with the take, the like signals that I value the effort to converse and debate, and I want the person I’m replying to to know that.

Yeah sometimes I forget or might skip if it's someone I'm really familiar with But it encourages more communication especially with someone unfamiliar and if you're on opposite sides of a take like you point out
