I am furious, despite the attempt at a light-hearted thread. I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for well over a decade and nothing has changed in my usage to justify this kind of treatment. Singapore is heavily contract-based — if the ToS say Dropbox can do this, then Dropbox can do this. There is however a dispute resolution email on their website that they ask people use before litigation, so I’ll try that channel.
