I have a stupid problem. I want to better track my personal health data, but I hate wearables. The tactile feel of watches, rings, etc is pretty uncomfortable to me to the point where I’d rather get a chip implanted than put up w it haha It’s entirely my own fault, but is there any alternative?

A low-hanging fruit is to track the quantity and quality of your sleep, because that has downstream effects on so much else. There’s the Withings Sleep device for that, which you slip under your mattress. Not as accurate as a wearable obviously but should help nonetheless https://www.withings.com/us/en/sleep/shop

Good question. I don’t know. It might work if you have separate mattresses next to each other on a single bed frame, as some couples do, because it greatly reduces the vibrations from the other person moving in their sleep. Maybe their FAQ covers that, I haven’t checked
