imo one of the most underrated and overlooked warpcast features (unless the objective of critcism) that will pay of in dividends in years ahead and allow them to compete with traditional social giants when the time comes: its machine learning algorithm discoverability is key to a great distribution infrastructure

What I would like to see one day is a marketplace of algos; some open, others proprietary; some free, some license-based. The idea being that the user starts with a default algo (maybe same as today’s), but can opt to choose a different one to bias their feed for certain types of content (account size or reputation, language, tone/voice, topics, political leaning, age groups, etc). That to me would be the final unlock for a proper permissionless onchain social platform

agree, v well articulated. we are already starting to see this with other farcaster clients; the supercast algo is different than the warpcast algo, neynar, openrank, etc. warpcast needs magnitudes more growth before alt algos will take off, excited for when that happens
