I remember hearing a while back that Ukraine was giving Russia a hard time in the war. But now, I'm seeing stuff that says Russia is easy winning the war. Is that true?

I don’t know that Russia is “easy winning the war” but the prevailing narrative is that Ukraine forces are now on the back foot due to a relative scarcity of soldiers, weapons, & ammunition.
