I decided to try a bunch of stuff from Blueprint. I've never taken supplements besides creatine but I've always been looking for a clean protein powder and simple protein bars. So far I've tried the bars and signed up for bloodwork to get a baseline. I'm interested to see if there's any effect in 6 months.

Just followed the channel, thanks for making it. I’m on month 2 of my Blueprint sub. Taking all the main supplements and, occasionally, Nutty Putty and the Longevity drink in the day when I have time. That's awesome! I think this post was one that made me think more seriously about it. I've been interested in nootropics especially for a few years but never taken the plunge except for creatine, which I've found helps my focus a lot especially when sleep deprived, which is also a lot.
