No but I’ve read that it helps induce lucid dreaming over time, which is pretty awesome

Been tryna get back into lucid dreaming recently, only been lucid a handful of times. Best reality check I've found is to count my fingers; I can never count properly in my dreams. It also helps to write down and memorize frequently occurring dream content and symbols.
