Tried my hand at homemade pierogi (ruski) for the first time, inspired by @pieroguy and oh my god this is exhausting. 

I studied in Warsaw for a semester and this was my whole diet. 

They look not great but they taste pretty good. I’ll do better next time. And I’ll start making them before 8pm. I need a nap.
