Diet and exercise. Does wonders. Also, realizing that you're not your thoughts. You can choose which thoughts you give meaning to and which to ignore.

Failing is part of life. Catch those negative thoughts and conciously shift into a positive mindset. Make sure to occupy the mind as well. As I've said, workout is the single best cure for depression. Gotta move, connect with nature and start the day with gratitude. You got this. 69 $DEGEN
