gm Fitcasters! -let’s keep moving! Happy Saturday- I know many might be running around this weekend to finalize gift purchases or in a hurry to travel but….. be sure to give yourself 15-25min of some sort of workout. (Even if it’s a walk outside to clear the mind) Here is a quick body weight workout that you can do before all the craziness happens …. (You can add weight if you’d like too) 5 rounds - 5min of work each with a 1 min transition/rest in between Focus: total body Goal: complete 4-5 rounds within the 5min Round 1: -Push ups 15-20x -Squats 20x Round 2: -Alternating reverse lunges 20x total (10x each side) -High Plank shoulder taps (20x total) Round 3: -Side lying triceps push-ups (8x each side) -Alternating step into lateral lunges 12x total Round 4: -Good mornings to calf raise 15x -Squat jumps 15x Round 5: -Shoulder press 15-20x -Bent over rows 2-15x Have fun and make it happen 💪🏾🙌🏾
