I just got a job interview at a really big bank and oh my lord the pay... THE PAY... by far the highest paying job I've applied to, literally pays like 50% more than the other jobs.

On a negative note the interview is literally, 9am to 4pm, so rip.

Long interviews naturally deselects a lot of folks who can’t persevere, which is a very important quality needed to survive and thrive at banks.
