I felt the need for a standardised tool like this, back in spring when i was researching possible jobs in this crypto space. What i felt at that time was that the entry-level job space was a Wild West, with occasional bounties and "gigs" while the top job positions were your average corporation-like positions, with almost no ties to the decentralised aspect of the blockchain. Congrats to @alec.eth and the team for building it over at @interestedfyi
