I am pausing my activity on Warpcast for the foreseeable future due to the current issue with large number of bots.

Recent posts over the past few months have received hundreds of likes and recasts coming mostly from bots.

Looked through the replies on this one and it’s probably 90% people I know. Bot/spam activity has improved tremendously over the past 6 months so I’m definitely not seeing this. BUT my guess is his account might be a target. 

But also — I only saw 2 mean comments. What’s the mean comment/troll ratio compared to Twitter? Pretty sure we’re doing 100x better here.

I have to wonder if it depends on how long you have been on the app, and how the app is tailored to your interactions.  

So, like if you’ve been on the app for a long time with hundreds of thousands of followers, versus if you haven’t been on the app for a long time and you have hundreds of thousands of followers.
