Joe Biden will go down in history as one of the worst president in US history. Pres. Buchannon & Pierce likely started the civil war with indecision. President Andrew Johnson weakly addressed Reconstruction. President Harding was busy enjoying whores. But Joe Biden, will be judged by the next few years. But I’m sure he has caused more conflict than any of those guys.
