Honestly this was the hardest lesson I had to internalize for myself! Accepting that no matter what I do, my chronic pain and illnesses may still be there, indefinitely.

It's the waiting that kills me. You have to do this to do this... and then they're is this hoop to jump through and this red tape. And arguing with people to advocate for yourself. It's exhausting and I'm already at a spoon deficit. Wtf
