I propose rewarding it to the Top 500 holders. Specifically, half will be allocated to the Top 150 and the other half distributed among the remaining 350.

This ensures fair distribution of the additional $DEGEN rewards, minimizing potential market impact from dumping.

The 50/50 allocation may also be modified to 40/40/20.
