Been working alot behind the scenes getting ready for ZaoChella in Miami. It’s a lot, managing projects, juggling responsibilities, and staying creative, but I’ve learned that how you approach the chaos makes all the difference.

Stress has this way of either throwing you off balance or sharpening your focus, and I’ve found that the right mindset can turn it into an ally. I’ve realized stress doesn’t have to pull you out of your zen. Instead, it can push you forward when you handle it with care.
