I think your manual effort to auto post each bid and their context gives value to the act of bidding even if you don’t win. As you grow distribution keeping that value in place is good but make sure the winner gets a magnitude of scale higher distribution utility like being pinned to the frame or set as the QR code

totally agree on "magnitude of scale higher distribution"

starting with some promo for bids to encourage them in these early days, and may need to do for a while, but ultimately losing bids probably won't get any free promo and the winner will get max blasted

only the winner gets the QR on them for a day
