Can you give some examples of what you would use cdp for as far as writing and reading state? Is this diff then an rpc endpoint or is this saying you have created your own dedicated rpcs for base. Are they free / rate limited?

oh just saying that we have Base node, bundler, and paymaster services! I think we have a solid free tier and we have gas credits!
