I don’t personal see RWAs ever being scalable, I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying an RWA via token if it wasn’t custodies by a third party. Trustless contracts are great but not until they are recognized legally as far as true ownership so you have a path to recoup funds if the physical isn’t delivered

Yes, I own a home. I hate the process, the title insurance and title validation process is incredibly inefficient. I’d definitely buy a house or parcel as an NFT if it was paired with a legal binding contract that was stated ownership of the property was intrinsically tied to ownership of the token
