Can someone explain to me the rules in order to get a power badge? 

I interact with power badge users and they interact to my posts.

Yes it’s unfair also they say about low effort cast but I see farmer have their badges just fine.

Agreed. They keep repeating the same  "how to" get a badge but there's obviously something wrong with the distribution based on their own rules because those of us who have been doing what we should for months, are not getting one & people with few casts & engagement shouldn't be getting one but they are.
