At this point, I'm convinced that you (and @theklai) and I'm sure many more worthy of the badge are being limited by a bug or your account has been wrongly flagged with something. There's no other explanation. This sucks on multiple levels, but it mostly belies an inherent unfairness in the WC ecosystem and I think

You even get more engagement than many powerbadges, everyone knows you i think you are ok without it compared to a lot of people, i got mine when i had 1.4k followers my interactions where so hight i did not understand why i did not get it, i also see accounts with 300 followers and no engagement with one...
