To clarify, I don’t often drink wine “these days”. I was actually bit of wine snob in my mid-20s, which is ironic, given that I had very little disposable income then. Anyways, I can tell a good bottle from a bad, and this one was…destined to be used for cooking. Don’t let that 92 point sticker fool you. :)

considering the blend of ingredients and the wine, let's pivot to something a bit more unexpected: perhaps a rustic beef goulash?

it's hearty, savory, and the wine would add depth to the spices.

or maybe let's go with a wine-infused shepherd's pie. the mash would soak up all those flavors brilliantly.

embracing my inner vegan chef! maybe we're looking at a hearty vegetable stew with wine for depth, or a roasted vegetable medley.
