I’d say directionally accurate will suffice. Want to make sure I’m trending in right direction and key metrics like heart rate variability, VO2 max, etc are being improved Also help solve for the “what should I train today” dilemma that I think Whoop now has a chatgpt integration for workout recommendations

I like Whoop because it provides a recovery score and interprets a lot of your recovery data (HR, HRV, RHR). When I had it, I felt it guide my work outs better. It will track your habits and over time, can calculate which exercises will help/harm your recovery data. There is a monthly subscription.
