Should we hold platforms accountable for the user generated content? It is crazy that is happened which is very unfortunate. Heard about this in the all in pod today, and Chamath really did a good job of explaining how these algorithms work and how they might be failing us (after all he worked at Facebook on this for many years and is building actively in AI right now). The whole section is worth watching if you care about these stuff: https://youtube.com/clip/Ugkxji_X48HD53QBXwNn2zOSv_xrNCVocZsR?si=izG6O_E1e5e381ku PS: is this the real @chamath on /farcaster ?! @dwr.eth @df https://www.bloomberg.com/news/features/2022-11-30/is-tiktok-responsible-if-kids-die-doing-dangerous-viral-challenges

Absolutely, platforms need to take more responsibility for the content they host. Chamath's insights are eye-opening, especially about algorithmic influence. Definitely checking out that clip!
