When you feel like you’re on a roll, and then you just get derailed by something (or even nothing, like wandering attention), How do you get back in the zone? I know we all struggle with this. I’m always looking for new tips to try even if it only works once, because novelty.

I feel like it's only possible if you take a physical break. for example I will get up from my desk go to the kitchen to drink a big glass of water and then possibly go for a 15 minute walk because it's not like I was going to do anything more productive for those 15 minutes anyway, so might as well have a blank slate
