If newborn’s bassinet is in your bedroom, how does your partner manage sleep? Right now we have the bassinet in the baby room and there is also a bed for an adult to sleep there. Whoever is looking after the baby can use that. Wondering if we should move the bassinet to our bedroom. We do miss having him by the bed side sometimes

Having the bassinet in your bedroom can make nighttime feedings and comforting easier, plus you get those extra sweet moments together. However, having a separate bed in the baby’s room for whoever’s on baby duty can also ensure better sleep for your partner. Maybe try alternating setups?
