"Sustainable design will result in an internal and fundamental concept of place.  It is a process that leads to restoration rather than degradation, and in fact, it is the science and art of establishing a proper connection between the human environment and the natural world.                                                                       The principles that must be followed in order for a building to be classified as a sustainable building are as follows:

 The first principle - conservation of energy: the building should be built in such a way as to minimize the need for fossil fuels.

 The second principle - coordination with the climate: buildings must be designed in such a way that they work in harmony with the climate and energy resources available at the construction site.
