I’d like to petition to remove the word trauma from the English language, seems like it’s used as a set of water wings while standing in ankle deep water 99.99995% of the time

Oh yes! It is used to often and pushes aside the people with real trauma.

They get overlooked because of  misuse.

I’ve seen this with depression. I thought I was, then dated a girl who truly went to dark places. 

I get down and anti-social at times. Mildly depressed? Possibly. Actual major depression I could never claim. 

I have dealt with traumatic events, and in time I’m righted thru yoga + meditation practice.

Damn. Hope everything is ok now with both you and the girl?

I was in an X spaces last week for NFT/web3 art, and noticed things are heavy for all kinds of people lately. 

We need real healing from people with compassion who actually give a shit.
