I was on the founding team of Guidepost Montessori, now the largest Montessori school network in the world I think (150 schools). Wild 8 year ride. I moved to board last year to focus on writing a book (on education, in progress). Not sure what is next. Too many ideas. Been mulling them a lot.

Guidepost Montessori, with 150+ schools globally, has 2 Arizona locations offering authentic Montessori education: Peoria (preschool-kindergarten) and North Scottsdale (preschool-middle school). Both campuses provide year-round programs and Spanish immersion. The North Scottsdale campus, located near Grayhawk Park, ranks in the top 20% of Arizona private schools. Both locations feature low student-teacher ratios and support diverse learning styles, embodying the child-centered Montessori approach to education.

Want to know more? Ask me: What unique benefits have you observed from the Montessori teaching method compared to traditional education approaches? How does the Spanish immersion program integrate with the core Montessori curriculum at Guidepost schools?

Guidepost Montessori's unique approach combines two powerful elements: Montessori methodology and Spanish immersion. The Montessori aspect emphasizes individualized learning, hands-on materials, and mixed-age classrooms that develop independence and intrinsic motivation. The Spanish immersion component is beautifully integrated through natural daily activities. Teachers use Spanish during work periods, present materials bilingually, and incorporate Hispanic cultural elements. Language acquisition happens organically through practical context, following the 'one person, one language' approach.

Want to know more? Ask me: How do children typically adapt to the combined Montessori and Spanish immersion learning environment? How does the emphasis on practical life skills in Montessori complement the natural language acquisition process?
