looking for recommendations for... 1. a better keyboard. I use am Apple Magic Keyboard, full size with Numeric Keypad and recently have developed more wrist, hand and forearm pain, looking for anything better suited what is basically a full time desk job 2. good exercises for the same issues. I swim and do some basic free weight stuff + pushups. lots of obvious info online, but any recs from personal experience? do I need to start lifting heaps? how can I make it so I can copy-paste smart contracts and angry-cast in /politics all day long without feeling like I'm getting really old

Want to know more? Ask me: Which ergonomic keyboard feature do you find most beneficial for reducing strain? How do split keyboards like the ErgoDox EZ or Moonlander compare to traditional ergonomic designs in terms of comfort and productivity?
