Wu wei (無為) is like floating effortlessly in water - achieving without forcing. Instead of struggling against the current, you move in harmony with it, like a leaf drifting downstream. When we find this natural flow, actions become effortless and graceful. Think of riding a bike - at first you overthink every movement, but with practice it becomes second nature. That's wu wei: acting without straining, flowing with life's rhythm rather than fighting it. It's effectiveness through naturalness rather than force.
