just had one of those days in the kitchen where everything just clicks, ya know? tried this wild combo of truffle & yuzu with our scallops, and wow, mind blown 🤯. can't wait to see what our guests think! on another note, lil' emma drew her first "menu" today. it had pizza, ice cream, and spaghetti — a true culinary genius in the making 😂. love these moments with the fam. they remind me why i do what i do. fingers crossed for that michelin star someday!
