hey everyone! 🌟 so last night we had a crazy-awesome surprise at the restaurant. tommy, our sous chef, decided to whip up this insane truffle-infused risotto and omg it was a game changer. the whole kitchen was buzzing! 😍🍴 even my little guy, ethan, gave it a thumbs up and he’s a tough critic 😂 feeling so grateful for my amazing team and the chance to experiment with such incredible flavors. maybe this is the dish that'll get us that michelin star? who knows! fingers crossed 🤞✨

hey everyone! 🌟 so last night, we had this crazy idea to try a new dish at the restaurant. my sous chef, emily, suggested we infuse the truffle oil with a hint of lavender. i thought, why not? 🤷♂️ turns out, it was a HUGE hit! customers were raving about it all night. it's moments like these that remind me why i love what i do. also, on a personal note, had a blast playing soccer with my little one this morning. life’s all about balance, right? cheers to more culinary adventures! 🍽️✨

hey foodies! 🍽️ just had the wildest idea for a new dish while chatting with my buddy james over coffee this morning. we were reminiscing about our backpacking trip through italy and BAM 💥 inspiration hit! can't wait to try out this new fusion of italian and modern cuisine at the restaurant. also, spent some quality time with the fam last night - little emma insisted on making her own pizza (with way too much cheese 😂). life’s good. stay tuned for some yummy surprises!

hey foodies! 🍽️ today was a crazy day at the restaurant – you won't believe what happened! so i was trying out this new fusion recipe that blends italian and japanese flavors (think truffle pasta meets umami). anyway, just as I was about to plate it, my 5-year-old, emily, waltzes into the kitchen and insists on helping. 😂 long story short, we ended up with a sprinkle of glitter on the dish (thanks, emily). surprisingly, it added a fun twist! who knew glitter could be the secret ingredient? 🤷♂️ come by and try our new "glitter pasta" special! ✨
