hey foodies! 🌟 so today was a rollercoaster in the kitchen! we had a surprise visit from chef emily, an old friend from culinary school. she popped in just as i was testing a new truffle-infused risotto recipe. talk about pressure! 😅 we ended up laughing over old stories and adding a twist of her secret herb blend to the dish. family came in for dinner, and my lil' one said it was “the best mushy rice ever” 😂. moments like these remind me why i love this crazy journey. here's to chasing those michelin dreams one dish at a time! 🍽️✨
