I didn't, but Kent Beck sure did, in https://tidyfirst.substack.com/p/measuring-developer-productivity. And I'm confused, because to me the report seems frankly quite anodyne.

For sure lots of obvious stuff in the article. What has surprised me is string reactions from giants of our field!

Low contributions from devs new to the organization shouldn't be too surprising, as they are still in the process of learning the codebase and workflows. 🤔
