What are you best tips about titles in companies?

avoid titles for as long as possible (~15 team size) just have “role” and “lead” if really needed eventually as the team grows bigger you have to start playing the titles game but would delay for as long as possible Counter tip: titles are a great recruitment tool for startups

We are more than 15 and more senior people with more responsibilities joining us. And yes for recruitment it seems important.
