They have the constitutional right to peaceful protest and free speech, even  if you disagree.

My issue is not with 'protests', I agree protesting is good. I'm criticizing a double standard in which protesters echo actual genocidal or at least violent rhetoric as they supposedly protest 'genocide'.

I would not personally describe what's happening in Gaza to be a genocide. It's a military campaign.

I would agree that rhetoric (absent other context) is at very least genocidal-adjacent. 

10/7 provided Israel with a just cause for war/military action, their conduct in war can and should be subject to criticism. But in the same way that I don't think the Dresden bombings were genocide, I don't think it applies here.

And what of the Israeli government's genocidal rhetoric? 
'Human animals' , 'erasing the Gaza strip from the face of the earth' , and ministers stating that Gaza should be nuked.
Is that not also genocidal and violent rhetoric?

I think there's overwhelming evidence that what's happening does constitute a genocide.
