🤔 wdym? Is straight/fine edge the proper term? I'm just talking about a knife with a smooth vs toothed edge.

I’m just being a snob - if you hand me a straight edge I would not accept it as a steak knife ;)

Ahhh I see 😅 I've used some very sharp plain edge knives at restaurants before and found it acceptable, but it's too much effort to keep knives like that sharp at home.
