this set satisfies a lot of my need for having electronic music as the pathway for my consciousness to be melted into a stream of something that feels like thoughts that are not solid. they flow. it allows them to flow. and i like to see them flow. sometimes they can get stuck in there. sometimes they can get fixed. tense. my body feels tense. my breathing feels superficial. but then i remember to breathe. and i breathe. and the music helps. it helps to give up that tension. to explore that tension. to inquiry into the tension and ask it: why are you here? and then i remember to breathe. and somehow, the tension goes away. and i rest in the awareness of how it feels to see the tension dissolving. i rest in the awareness of realizing that the tension was consequence of a mental construct. which this music helps dissolve.
